- What is in the Refillable Discovery Set?
- Six 2ml Eau de Parfum samples — one of each core Syrupp fragrance — plus a refillable holder. These are samples, not full-size bottles, and the set does not include Liquid Gold.
- Not sure which scent to pick?
- Start with the Discovery Set at £14.99. You get all six core signatures in 2ml sizes, so you can wear each one properly before choosing a full bottle.
- What is the tester guarantee?
- Every individual 50ml bottle arrives with a 2ml tester. Try the tester while the full bottle stays sealed — if the scent isn't for you, the sealed 50ml bottle can be returned under our returns terms. This applies to individual 50ml purchases, not sets.
- How do I make my perfume last longer?
- Apply to moisturised skin, spray pulse points, and don't rub your wrists together. Layering the matching body lotion first helps the scent hold longer.
- How much is UK delivery?
- Standard delivery is £1.99 for Discovery Sets and £3.99 for everything else. Fast shipping is £6.99; order by 2pm for same-day dispatch, or after 2pm for next-day dispatch. Normal dispatch takes 2–3 days.
- Are Syrupp products cruelty-free?
- Yes. Every Syrupp product is cruelty-free.
- Can I buy this as a gift?
- Yes. The Discovery Set × 2 lets you keep one and gift one, and the bundles arrive ready to give.
- Are Syrupp fragrances made in the UK?
- Yes — Syrupp fragrances are handmade in the UK in small batches.
Delivery & returns
Standard UK delivery is £1.99 for Discovery Sets and £3.99 for everything else. Normal dispatch takes 2–3 days.
Fast shipping is £6.99. Order by 2pm for same-day dispatch; orders placed after 2pm dispatch the next day.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unopened items in line with our returns terms; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
