Who we are

Syrupp is a UK fragrance brand. If you have any question about your data, email us at info@syrupp.com and we'll help.

What we collect

• Orders — your name, delivery address, email and what you bought, so we can send your parcel and your receipt.
• Accounts — your email, password (kept securely), saved details, order history and wishlist, so your account works.
• Reviews — the name, star rating, comment and optional photo you choose to publish.
• Marketing emails — only if you opt in, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Cookies & advertising

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the shop to work — keeping your bag, keeping you signed in.

We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta Platforms. With your permission, the Meta pixel tells Meta which Syrupp pages you visit and when you buy, so we can measure how well our ads work and show Syrupp to people likely to enjoy our fragrances. Meta handles that information under its own terms, and you can also turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook settings under “Off-Facebook activity”.

If you're in the UK or Europe, ad measurement only starts after you press “Allow” on the cookie banner. Declining keeps it off — the shop works exactly the same.

Your choices

• Change your cookie choice any time with the button above or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for us to delete your account, by emailing info@syrupp.com.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
